HOW LONG WILL STAGING TAKE?
We complete staging (furniture installation and styling) within a day. We require a 2-7 day lead time to schedule staging, which involves logisitics like furniture leasing, delivery scheduling and set-up. Large properties and peak-season staging may require a longer lead time.
WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?
Our clients include homewoners, realtors, property management companies and investors.
WHAT IS YOUR FURNITURE LEASE PERIOD?
Each of our staging packages include a standard 30 day lease period. We offer extensions on a monthly basis and are unable to prorate the lease period at this time.
DO I NEED TO STAGE EVERY ROOM?
Not at all! Our most popular package focuses on high-impact areas like the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom. However, staging additional spaces can help buyers see the full potential of the home, thus bolstering a potential offer.
IS THE FURNITURE RENTAL INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE COSTS?
Yes, our pricing includes furniture rental, delivery, installation and removal!
